Private customers within the EU: Orders to private customers within the EU are subject to VAT according to the rate applicable in the delivery country.

Please note that VAT will be charged on your first order. Once your VAT number is verified, your account will be updated for VAT-free purchases for future orders.

Bank Transfer (Danish or International): You may transfer the amount manually to our Danish bank account. If you choose this method, you will receive an email with the necessary details. All bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

5. Delivery:

All online orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The order will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase. You may specify a different shipping address if needed.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days for EU destinations and 4–10 business days for non-EU destinations, depending on location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is finalized.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy):

For private customers:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must contact us in advance at info@MEDshop.dk.

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Items must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.

Exclusions:
Sterile products and consumables cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened or if the seal is broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost.

For business customers:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by businesses. Returns are only accepted by prior agreement, and all return-related costs are borne by the customer. Contact us at info@MEDshop.dk to arrange returns.

7. Warranty and Claims:

For private customers:
In accordance with EU consumer laws, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. For products intended to last longer, the warranty period is extended to 5 years. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs.

For business customers:
The warranty period for businesses is limited to 1 year from the invoice date. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. All costs related to returns and shipping in case of claims are the responsibility of the business customer.
