4. Delivery:
All Internet orders are shipped as fast as possible. The package is shipped to the delivery address stated by the orderer. It is possible to state a different delivery address than the billing address. If Bank Transfer is chosen as payment option, the order will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation of transfer.
Delivery times: Goods are normally delivered within 4 to 8 working days, depending on the receiving country. Deliveries within Denmark are normally delivered in 2 to 4 working days.

5. Cancellation of order:
Should you not be satisfied with any goods that you have purchased from MEDshop.dk, we will be happy to refund your order. Please study the following details for canceling your order.
Any order can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the purchased goods. In case of cancelation we will refund the invoiced amount excluding invoiced cost of freight. The goods must within 14 days be returned to MEDshop.dk or given to freight carriers. The right to cancelation only applies to goods that are fully complete as bought.

Conditions: Any returned goods must be returned in same condition as received.

ISOeyes offers an innovative near vision test, which is a natural extension of distance vision charts. This handy backlit near vision tester is designed to comply with the revised guidelines from health authorities and operates logarithmically with CE-approved Optotypes in accordance with ISO 8596. The charts have two sides and support both letters and figures, including Thumbling E, Wekey, OpticianA, and Similar. Regardless of age group, everyone is covered with the four options on the same handheld vision chart. These charts are calibrated identically to the distance vision charts and are configured for a viewing distance of 30 cm.
